Once an order is placed, you should receive your book within 3-5 business days.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on the sale items or gift cards.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt and proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at ktalex00@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.You can always contact us for any return question at hello@directourpath.com
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. if approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at hello@directourpath.com

The Trip Didn’t Improve Your Connection: If you and your spouse completed the getaway using the book and didn’t feel it helped you grow closer, align your goals, or strengthen your relationship, we’ll gladly refund your purchase.
You Followed the Plan but Felt No Impact: If you fully followed the 3-day schedule outlined in the book but found it didn’t provide the clarity, focus, or purpose you expected, we’ll offer a refund.
It Made Things Worse: If using the book during your getaway led to increased conflict or tension instead of fostering better communication and unity, we’re happy to issue a refund—because that’s the opposite of what this book is designed to achieve.
Please write a letter describing what went wrong, your name, address, and phone number. Include it with the book and send it to PO Box 172 Williamson, NY 14589 and we'll provide a full refund of the amount you paid for the book.
